"I am a qualified sports instructor and studied at the German Sport University Cologne, where I specialised in 'Training and Performance: Coaching Profile – Football' and 'Sport Management'. At Bigpoint I'm a player consultant and sports director. I also organise the scouting activities and, because of where I live, I often travel to the Netherlands and Belgium. As a sports scientist I know that it's not just talent and physique that determine the success of a professional career. Hence, as a specialist mental coach in the field of sports psychology, I focus intensively on developing the personalities of our players."
